This policy describes how Novexis AI, Inc. ("Novexis," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation, handles information collected through this website. It covers the website only; the Novexis platform runs inside customer environments and is governed by the agreement in place with each customer.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the demo request form:

• Name and work email — so we can respond to you.
• Company and message — optional, so we can prepare a relevant demo.

Your submission is delivered to our team as email and used solely to respond to your request.

Site measurement

We measure how this site is used with a privacy-preserving system we run ourselves: aggregate page views, time on page, and clicks, with approximate location derived from network information. It uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and identifies visitors only by a short-lived anonymous code that changes daily and cannot be linked back to you. No measurement data is shared with any third party.

What we don't collect

• No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and no cross-site tracking.
• Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never transmitted to us.
• Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information you submit is shared only with the service providers that operate this site and deliver our email, and only for those purposes.

Retention

We keep demo request correspondence for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, then delete it on request or when no longer needed.

The Novexis platform

The Novexis platform deploys as a virtual machine or container inside a customer's own network. Customer source code, product data, and Domain Pack content remain in the customer's environment, and personal data and compliance identifiers are anonymized before any request reaches a model endpoint. Platform data handling is governed by each customer agreement, not by this website policy.
